Also they kept checking in with me as the host to make sure I was happy with how things were going – it was incredibly professional. “ A beautifully appointed restaurant on the third floor of the ‘Cheesegrater’. Access is via a dedicated elevator from street level, rather than the escalator to the office reception/security. The booths and subdued lighting create the impression of dining in a vintage railway carriage. The food was very good and the service even better. A special mention to Alex for his friendly approach and taking the time to explain the ‘Press for Champagne’ button! The restaurant was very quiet on a Monday evening but I’m sure that the atmosphere improves when busier. The positive side of this was that we were completely unrushed. A lovely experience. ”
